Equipping youth with artistic and technical skills
The Cultural Activity Center provides a place for meetings, dialogue and sharing of experiences. Devoted to disadvantaged young people in the region, it also helps students faced with academic failure and youth in need of professional guidance.
The Center provides youth with the opportunity to access and participate in a wide range of cultural and socio-educational activities. It allows young people to grow and build their own personal project.
It also offers access to suited academic and training courses. These activities mainly target young people who drop out of the conventional school system. Through a curriculum similar to the concept of "second chance school," the Center offers refresher courses in core subjects, supplemented by the acquisition of technical skills.
Nurturing social ties and stimulating underprivileged youth talent
Introduction to the arts in various fields (theatre, music, plastic arts, singing, sports, etc.) enables young people to regain self-confidence and develop interpersonal and generic skills. Young people with special talents are encouraged to further their training and perfect their skills. Others, driven by entrepreneurship, are coached in the Center's training workshops, particularly in audiovisual, computer graphics and networks and computer maintenance. They are geared towards the Foundation's Integration through Economic Activity Program (PIAE), which fosters self-entrepreneurship.
